通辽市区学龄前儿童营养调查

为了解集体制幼儿园学龄前儿童膳食营养状况，采用称重记帐法和膳食记录法连续6天调查通辽市区一所幼儿园255名学龄前儿童膳食状况，并进行身高、体重测量和实验室血红蛋白含量测定。结果钙、锌的摄入量分别为供给量的46．6％和53．9％，维生素C的摄入量为供给量的76．4％，其余各种营养素基本达到或超过供给量。体格检查结果，男童身高0．71％低于正常范围，4．29％高于正常范围；体重1．43％低于正常范围，6．43％高于正常范围。女童身高3．48％高于正常范围；体重5．22％高于正常范围。实验室检查结果，血红蛋白含量均属正常，表明该学龄前儿童营养状况良好。为使膳食结构更合理，建议增加副食摄入，提高钙、锌、维生素C的摄入量。

A Nutritional Investigation of Preschool Children in Tongliao City

To understand dietary nutritional status of preschool children in kindergarten.Dietary status of 255 preschool children in a kindergarten in Tongliao were calculated from 6 days of weighed dietary records,at the same time,body height and weight were measured and blood levels of hemoglobin were determined.The results showed the calcium and zinc intakes were 46 6%?53 9% of RDA respectively,the vitamin C intakes were 76 4%.The other nutritions were basically adequate or over supplied.The result of anthropometry in the group of preschool boys showed that there were 0 71% shorter and 4 29% higher than the normal range in height,and 1 43% under and 6 43% over the normal range in weight.But in the group of girls,there were 3 48% higher than the normal range of height and 5 22% over the normal weight.The blood levels of hemoglobin all were at normal range.Nutritional status of preschool childrens surveyed is good.Food rich in calcium,zinc and witamin C should be provided so that their dietary form should be reasonable.
