| Abstract: | Experimental studies showed that berbrine was the active component of more than 200 kinds of medicine hurbs such as berbris amuresis Rur.Phellodedron amurense Rupr.Copic Chinesis Rur.Etc,According to the quality of berbrine,a few analytical methods were set up to determine berbine in the compound preparation at present.These analytical methods are as follows:UV?TLC.double wavelength method three wavelength methods also HPLC etc,above mentioned methods also can be used in determination of berbrine in the Mongolian medicine. |
