| Abstract: | The motivation-hygiene theory is an important motivation theory in the management science. This theory can be used for reference by university library in its management. Based on paying attention to the hygiene factors, making full use of the motivation factors to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff members is the only way for university library to exist and develop. |
