摘    要:为研究保氮剂过磷酸钙(CS)对脱水污泥好氧堆肥过程中温室气体的减排影响,选取脱水污泥和小麦秸秆为原材料,研究了高温下不同剂量外添加剂CS对脱水污泥堆肥过程中温度、温室气体(甲烷和N_2O)、NH_3释放、铵态氮与硝态氮转化和腐熟指标的影响。实验结果表明:CS的存在能够有效减少甲烷、NH_3及N_2O的排放,并当CS剂量为3%时,甲烷、NH_3的最大排放速率分别为0.05和0.52 g/(kg·d),显著低于空白组。CS存在提高了种子发芽率,并且当CS剂量为3%,发芽指数(GI)GI达到最大值123.6%。CS有效减少污泥堆肥过程中氮元素损失并提高了磷元素含量,从而提高堆肥样品的肥效品质。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of nitrogen-retaining agent calcium superphosphate (CS) on greenhouse gas emission reduction during aerobic composting of dewatered sludge, this study selected dewatered sludge and wheat straw as raw materials, and explored the effects of different doses of CS on temperature, greenhouse gas (methane and N2O), NH3 release, ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen conversion, and maturity index during composting of dewatered sludge at high temperature. The results show that the presence of CS can effectively reduce the emissions of methane, NH3 and N2O. When the dosage of CS was 3%, the maximum emission rates of methane and NH3 were 0.05 and 0.52 g/(Kg.d), respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the blank group. The presence of CS increased the germination rate of seeds, and when the dosage of CS was 3%, GI reached the maximum of 123.6%. CS can effectively reduce the loss of nitrogen and increase the content of phosphorus in sludge composting process, thus improving the quality of composting samples.
