摘    要:针对级联型电力电子变压器整流级交流电/直流电(alternating current/direct current,AC/DC)变换直流侧电容电压不平衡问题,以单相级联H桥整流器为研究对象,提出一种基于卡尔曼滤波(KF)的直流侧电容电压平衡控制策略。该控制策略结合了DQ(direct-quadrature)电流解耦控制和比例式脉冲补偿控制,利用卡尔曼滤波的滤波和预估特性实现了电容电压平衡、降低了系统的总谐波失真(THD)和增强了系统的鲁棒性。首先推导证明了系统的稳定性,然后对负载不均衡和负载突变两种的情况进行仿真,从而验证了该控制系统鲁棒性强、动态性能优异、具有良好谐波特性和稳态性能的特点。

Abstract:In this paper, for the unbalanced AC/DC converter DC-side capacitor voltage imbalance problem of cascaded power electronic transformers, a single-phase cascaded H-bridge rectifier is taken as the research object, and a Kalman filter (KF) DC-side capacitor voltage balance is proposed. Control Strategy. The control strategy combines DQ current decoupling control and proportional pulse compensation control, and utilizes the filtering and estimation characteristics of Kalman filter to reduce the total harmonic distortion (THD) of the system while enhancing the voltage balance of the capacitor. Great. The stability of the system is proved by the paper, and the simulation is carried out under the condition of unbalanced load and sudden load value. The robustness and dynamic performance of the control system are verified, and the harmonic characteristics are good. And steady state performance.
