摘    要:首次对间断香茶菜(Isodon interrupta)70%丙酮水提取物开展了化学成分研究,从该植物中分离得到了6个松香烷型二萜类化合物,通过波谱方法分别鉴定为15-hydroxy-dehydroabietic acid(1),podocarpa-8,11,13-triene-7α,18-diol(2),7β-hydroxyabieta-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid(3),7α-hydroxyabieta-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid(4),abieta-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid(5),和15-acetoxy-7-oxodehydroabietic acid(6).

Abstract:The chemical analysis of the plant of Isodon interrupta led to the isolation of six abietane-type diterpenoids. On the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties,their structures were identified as 15-hydroxydehydro--abietic acid( 1),podocarpa-8,11,13-triene-7α,18-diol( 2),7β-hydroxyabieta-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid( 3),7α-hydroxyabieta-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid( 4),abieta-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid( 5),and 15-acetoxy-7-oxo-dehydroabietic acid( 6).
