摘    要:高温高压深井试油过程中,必须确保封隔器定位与密封以防高压油气窜入油套环空,造成事故,而封隔器卡瓦咬入套管足够深度是防止封隔器移动的前提。然而,若卡瓦咬入套管过深,封隔器与套管之间的相互作用力过大,又将严重损伤套管。为深入了解试油封隔器与套管相互作用状况,为封隔器段套管坐封悬重的选择及卡瓦结构参数优化提供依据,根据卡瓦结构特点,将套管作为厚壁圆筒,求得套管内壁最大环向应力。

Study on the Interaction Mechanism of Packer Slips and Thick Wall Casing in HPHT Well

Abstract:The packer should be positioned and sealed well to avoid the high pressure gas and oil going into the annulus of tubing can casing. The casing may be damaged seriously if the setting force is too large when well testing in high temperature, high pressure, and deep well. To make known the interaction mechanism of packer and casing, and then provide basis for the choice of hanging load of casing and shape optimization of slips, the maximum hoop stress of casing in the inner wall was deduced by the thick wall theory.
