椎管内肿瘤32例临床分析

目的:总结32例椎管内肿瘤的临床诊治经验。方法:分析32例经手术治疗的椎管内肿瘤的诊断及疗效。结果:硬脊膜下髓外肿瘤19例,哑铃型3例,髓内肿瘤10例,肿瘤全切除26例,不完全切除6例,良性病变24例,恶性病变8例,术后神经功能改善24例,无改善8例。结论:MRI是最具诊断价值的方法并对手术切除有指导意义,椎管内肿瘤良性居多且大多位于髓外,手术效果好,宜早诊断尽早手术,髓内病变恶性居多,疗效较差,宜适时手术为宜,采用显微外科技术可提高疗效。

Clinical Analysis of 32 Cases Intraspinal Tumor

Objective: To sum up diagnosis and treatment experience of 32 cases of intraspinal tumor of spinal canal.Methods: Diagnosis and curative effect of 32 cases intraspinal tumor were analyzed in respect of operation.Results: 19 cases are subdural extramedullary tumor of spinal cord,3 cases are collar-button,10 cases are intramedullary tumor,26 cases are tumor removed totally and 6 cases are tumor partially removed,24 cases are benign lesion,8 cases are malignant lesion.24 cases are neural function modified after operation,8 cases have no modifications.Conclusion: MRI is the best way for diagnosis and it has directive function for excision,Benign intraspinal tumor of spinal canal is in the majority and many of them are located in extramedullarym,It is very effective by operation and should be early diagnosis,malignant intramedullary tumor is in the majority and has bad curative effect,micrological surgery technique has good curative effect.
