| 摘 要： | 对ＡＴ切石英谐振器进行了实验观测，利用有限电极和电学短路的边界条件，在计入电极质量负载和压电效应影响后，以能陷理论为依据讨论了ＡＴ切石英谐振器的动态电容随电极尺寸的变化，导出了动态电容的一般理论公式。

| Abstract: | By testeing the quartz resorator of AT cut type and by. Making use of the bourdarycondifions or finite electrode and of electrical short circuit, and also by fakuig the electrode mass load and the influence of piezoelectric effect the relation of the dynamic capacitance with the electrode size is analysed, and the general formula of dynamic capacitance is derivaed based on the energy well theory. The formula is useful for designing and praducing quartz resonator. |
