摘    要:语音是最直接、最自然的联络方式,而红外通信因其保密性好、不受无线频率管制被广泛应用,但红外激光通信无法直接传递语音信号.将发送的语音信号进行编码并与键盘一一对应,将信号编码调制到红外载波上,实现红外语音通信,在接收端译码后通过语音合成芯片还原语音信号,从而实现红外通信传递语音信号的目的.

Abstract:Speech signal is the most direct, the most natural way to contact each other, while the infrared communication systems are widely used because of its good secrecy and not by radio frequency control, but the infrared laser communication system does not transmit speech signal directly. In his paper, we have proposed the way. that is, by coding voice signal and corresponding keyboard and modulationing to the infrared carrier at transmiting end, decoding and speech synthesis at receiving end so as to achieve infrared voice communication.
