摘    要:利用正丁醇与TiCl4反应,在非水溶剂和无表面活性剂的条件下,通过改变反应物TiCl4与丁醇的摩尔比制备了纯锐钛矿TiO2纳米粒子和金红石TiO2纳米棒.利用X射线衍射分析、拉曼光谱分析、透射电镜和比表面积测定等测试分析手段对样品进行了表征,并以罗丹明B的脱色降解为模式反应,考察了样品的光催化性能.结果表明:所制备的纳米级TiO2比表面积大、晶粒尺寸小、结晶性完好,具有比商用P25更好的光催化活性.

Abstract:The pure phase TiO2 nanomaterials were synthesized by an autoclaving treatment of TiCl4 with butanol as a single alcohol source.It was found that the control of molar ratio of TiCl4 to butanol played an important role in determining the TiO2 crystal phase and morphology.A highmolar ratio of TiCl4 to butanol favored the formation of anatase nanoparticles,whereas rutile nanorods were selectively obtained at a lowmolar ratio of TiCl4 to butanol.The morphology and structure of TiO2 nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Raman microscope,and transmission electron microscopy and brunauer-emmett-teller surface area analysis.Evaluation of the photocatalytic activity of the synthesized TiO2 was performed in terms of decomposition of organic dye rhodamine B under ultraviolet irradiation.It turned out that the assynthesized TiO2 crystallites possessed higher photocatalytic activities toward bleaching rhdomine B than degussa P25,benefiting from their high surface area,small crystal size as well as high crystallinity.
