| Abstract: | Based on the present situation of the serious deterioration of ecological environment in west china, the article analyzed the benign circulation state of ecological system in five years of implementing the project of returning farmlands to forests and grasslands, and looked into the influences of the project of returning farmlands to forests and grasslands and ecological restoration on economic development. |
