关闭部分导航信号实现区域定位阻断对全球定位性能的影响分析

在导航战中,可采用关闭己方部分卫星信号的方法或对己方卫星信号实施干扰的方法在区域范围内(如战区内)阻止对方单独使用己方的卫星导航定位系统进行定位服务.文中以关闭部分GPS卫星信号来阻止目标点定位为例,描述了关闭部分导航信号实现区域定位阻断的方法及仿真流程,定义了导航定位性能评估方法以及一种基于不可定位区域最小准则的导航信号关闭策略,并就关闭部分卫星信号实现区域定位阻断对全球定位授时性能产生的影响进行了分析讨论.仿真结果表明,关闭部分卫星信号阻止目标点使用定位服务,会导致全球49%以上地区的用户无法使用普通民用定位服务,并使全球民用用户的定位可用性受到一定影响.本文分析结果可为我国未来的卫星导航系统的民用信号反利用以及系统安全策略提供理论支撑.

An analysis of the performance of global positioning service affected by partially turning off navigation signals for preventing positioning in local area
