| 摘 要： | 本文总结１０１个磨牙残根以钉冠修复的临床效果。治疗后恢复牙冠形态，牙列及其功能，没有 疼痛和炎症反应，瘘管在不同时间内闭合，近期有效率８８．１１％。钉冠修复的优点是免于拨牙，口 腔内适应性好，恢复功能及时、方便，病人极易接受。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the resteration effect of the counter-sink crown on 101 molar residual root. Through this therapy crown form, dentition and masticatory function were repaired. Fistula was disappeared during different times of repaik ring. Effective rate registered 88. 11 percent recently. Merit of the counter-sin- crown restoration as to avoid extracting the tooth still adaptable in oral dental function is the timely restoration to make conveniently easy acceptance of the patients. |
