摘    要:本文用数值计算方法分析了离心式压气机叶轮与扩压器内部的复杂全三维粘性流场。利用高速大内存计算机,较细致地揭示了离心压气机式叶轮与扩压器的内部流动,并做了相应的对比实验,测试结果定性地证实了数值计算的结论。

Abstract:The complex flow structure within the region of a centrifugal compressor's impeller and diffuser vanes has been analyzed by fully unsteady three dimensional viscous calculation on the basis of TVD code. More details of the flowfields of the impeller and diffuser have been explored by carefully calculation with a super computer. The time-averaged results of fully 3D unsteady calculation revealed that the impeller discharge wake flows into the diffuser vanes like travelling waves, but it is immediately dissipated before it reaches the vanes' throat. A comparative test has been carried out. The measured data can be used to verify the calculated results qualitatively.
