篮球运球技术教学训练的系统化

控球技术是篮球运动员其它技术和战术实施效率的前提,控球技术的好坏直接决定了篮球运动员技术的掌握程度和集体战术的实施效率。针对实际教学过程中,控球技术教学的高度分化和教学的单一性,我们提出了与控球技术相关影响因素的系统性,控球技术教学。本文讨论和与控球技术相关的运动员视野、球性,场地空间知觉等问题,提出在控球技术教学之前或之中解决上述问题,并在整个训练过程中加以巩固和强化。

The Systematize of Teaching and Training of Controlling Basketball Skill

The skill of controlling basketball (including dribble) is the basis of basketbail players mas-tering basketball skill and a team' s operation of tactics. The masteringof controlling basketball skill decides players mastery of other skills and operation of tactics. As for the question of polarization and Singleness of teaching of controlling basketball skill, We argue that we should connect the teaching of controlling basketball skill with the training of sight,sense of basketball and the consciousness of basketball court. we should solve those quesions before the teaching of controlling skill and strenther it in the all process of training.
