摘    要:
当前,GPS平面控制网已经得到了广泛的运用,但是GPS高程却运用得不够,人们期望着能够用GPS高程测量代替传统的水准测量.本文对GPS高程测量的原理和方法进行了初步的探讨,并结合我国GPS高程测量的应用的实际,以数值拟合为主,建立了高程转换的数学模型.同时用VC 开发了GPS高程控制转换系统,经试验测试,在平原或浅丘地区,在不加地形改正的情况下,拟合出的正常高高程满足一般工程和大比例尺测图的精度要求,在一定程度上降低了生产成本.

Abstract:
At present,GPS plane control net is widely applied,but the GPS elevation is not used widely.The people expect that the GPS elevation surveying can take the place of the conventional leveling.Therefore the theory of GPS elevation survey and method with the practice are discussed here.The emphasis is numerical value fitting and a model of elevation transformation is established at the same time.Meanwhile,the GPS elevation converting system is developed by using of VC and can be applied in practice.The normal elevation fitted fulfills the accuracy requirement of a common works and large-scale topographical map at the plain and hill area without the any corrections and so on to a certain degree and it can decrease the production cost.
