论清代改土归流对土家族地区经济开发的影响

改土归流在土家族历史上是一次划时代的政治经济变革。改土归流政策的实施,客观上促进了土家族与汉族的经济文化交流,对土家族地区社会经济的发展产生了积极影响,促进了农业、手工业、畜牧业及商业的繁荣发展。当然,该政策本身的局限性也带来了一定的消极影响。其历史经验和教训可为当今土家族的经济开发提供某些方面的借鉴。

On the Influence of Changing Chieftain System to A New System of Liuguan (An Official with Limited Tenure) on the Economic Development of Tujia Area in Qing Dynasty

The Changing Chieftain System to the new system of Liuguan was an epoch–making political and economic reform in Tujia people’s history.This policy promoted economic and cultural exchanges between Tujia nationality and Han nationality,exerting positive influence on economic prosperity of Tujia,such as,agriculture,handicraft industry,animal husbandry,business and trade.Of course,the limitations of this policy have also brought about some negative influence.Its historical experience and lessons can provide some references for the current economic construction of Tujia people.
