| 摘 要： | 企业核心竞争力是企业取得持续竞争优势的根源，核心竞争力的评价对企业培育、应用和更新核心竞争力具有重要的作用.笔者从核心竞争力的本质层面上构建企业核心竞争力的指标体系，应用模糊数学综合判断方法，对企业核心竞争力进行整体的分析和综合评判，并运用“最大隶属度”原则，评价了企业核心竞争力的强弱.

| Abstract: | The manganese anode slime was analyzed,and than a method of caclination-sour soak-oxidation was put forward in which the slime was produced into chemical manganese dioxide.At the time the related influencing factors were studied.By the optimum test,the crude MnO2 was obtained,the tapping density is 1.54 g/cm3,the rate of yield is 84.6％,and its crystal structure is mostly γ-type.If it is densitied,the end product can be used in battery. |
