酒店管理专业主题式综合实验教学初探

实验教学是酒店管理专业的重要组成部分,而相关的研究极少涉及具体实验教学问题。总结国内各高校酒店管理专业的主要培养目标及其实施现状,在学生主体综合能力的培养及其主观能动性的发挥方面重视不足,而通过主题式综合实验教学是培养学生管理能力的有效手段。主题式综合实验课程一般设置在高年级,在实验课程的实施中,按照给定主题、实地调查、形成方案、现场操作、互相评议的步骤进行;同时在实验实施过程中,必须注意主题的时代性和现实性、教师全程指导、现场验收的调控等问题。

Study on Theme-based Teaching of Comprehensive Experiment for Hotel Management

Experiment teaching plays an important part in hotel management major in universities,but few studies related to the specific experiment teaching.Summing up both the hotel management colleges and universities the main training objectives and their implementation status,it pays little attention to developing students＇ comprehensive ability.Theme-based experiment is an effective means to develop comprehensive management ability of student.The courses of theme-based comprehensive experiment generally set up in high grade curriculum.In the experiment implementation,we could accord with steps of given topic,field investigation,the formation of the program,on-site operation and mutual evaluation.At the same time,during the implementation process of the experiment,we must note that the theme of the times and reality,the throughout guide of teachers,the control of on-site inspection and other issues.
