生物技术专业遗传学实验教学改革探讨

通过分析生物技术专业遗传学实验教学现状,针对目前教学中存在的问题,从重组实验内容,应用现代技术辅助实验教学,实施开放式实验教学,改变考核方式、提高实验教师素质、完善实验室管理体系5个方面提出改革的方向,旨在培养学生的创新能力,提高学生的专业实践技能,从而实现专业培养目标。

Discussion on Reform of Genetics Experiment Teaching in Biotechnological Speciality

Through analyzing the problems that existed in genetics experimental teaching of biotechnological speciality,the author discussed the way of experimental teaching reforming.The author thought it should be reformed from five aspects.They are adjusting experimental contents,using modern educational technology to help teaching,setting up an laboratory opening to students,making the way of examination better,improving the teachers＇ qualities and perfecting the management of laboratory.The goal is to train students＇ innovation,improving their practice ability of speciality and realizing the aim of training.
