摘    要:1993年,ISO联系BIPM、IEC、IFCC、IUPAC、IUPAP和OIML出版了《测量不确定度表述指南》,正式确定了适用于广泛测量领域的评估和表达测量不确定度的通用原则,将不确定度评估引入实验室的质量保证措施中。作为测量方法的质量控制,不确定度的评估在国际上越来越受重视。文章利用统计学方法,分析了计算、仪器读数及标准样品配制等因素所产生的不确定度,对酶标仪检测食品中氯霉素进行结果不确定度的评估。

Abstract:In the "Guidance to Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement",which was published by ISO jointly with BIPM,IEC,IFCC,IUPAC,IUPAP and OIML in 1993, the general principles are formally set up for the evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement fields, and uncertainty evaluation is introduced into the quality control system of laboratory. As a measurement method for quality control, uncertainty evaluation draws more and more attention in the world. In the paper, the statistic method is introduced to evaluate the uncertainty of chloramphenicol in food which is measured by using the enzyme mark instrument.Such factors as the computation, instrument reading and standard sample preparation are analyzed.
