| 摘 要： | 根据开发需求，高等院校档案标准化管理系统主要应用于档案基本信息管理，档案统计查询管理、档案借阅管理。开发档案标准化管理系统可使高等院校档案管理人员更加高效地对职责范围内各项工作的文件、档案进行归档和管理，促进高等院校档案管理人员提高水平、增强实力，并加快高等院校关于信息化建设的步伐，使各项管理更加规范化，效率化，安全化。本文详细的介绍了高等院校档案标准化管理系统的开发过程。

| Abstract: | According to development requirements, the standardized management system is mainly used in basic information manage-ment, statistics and query management, as well as lending management of files in universities. The development of the standardized management system can make managerial personnel archive and manage files and archives more efficiently, which promotes manage-ment staff to improve level, increase strength and speed up the pace of information construction, making the management more stand-ardized, efficient and safe. This paper introduces the process of the development of the standardized file management system in univer-sities. |
