Abstract:The locking device is an important component of a car electric lock,and simulation load device can real-timely provide tension or compression two-way 50N passive load for the locking device in the measurement of impact force and slip force.Aiming at the requirements of locking device driving rod doing about 20° reciprocating swing and the connecting of hook hanging scroll and lock-tongue hole,this paper proposes electric servo simulation load mechanism,which determines the structure and size through finite element analysis of hook and hook hanging scroll and realizes 1N-50N load,the control accuracy reaches ±2% of full range requirements,and it can be used to measure the maximum drag sliding force of the locking device.
