| 摘 要： | 新儒学作为中华文明和文化的主导性话语，在重建过程中将得到新的理论阐释和扬弃，其对人文精神和伦理道德方面的强调，与当前“建立和谐社会”和“建立和谐世界”的既定国策相吻合，因而具有广阔的发展空间。本文将探讨儒家思想的重建的必要性及其与高校人才培养的关联性，并结合课堂实例来阐述儒家思想对我国大学生道德教育的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Neo-Confucianism, as a leading discourse in Chinese civilization and culture, will go through some critique and sublation in the process of reconstruction, in which the stress on human spirit and ethics serves the established policy of constructing a harmonious society, having wide development space. This article mainly discusses the necessity of reconstructing Confucianism and the relationship between the theory of Confucianism and the quality education of college students, and proves the significance of Confucianism in college education from the perspective of class teaching practice. |
