我国电子商务伦理问题研究

电子商务在给人类社会生活带来方便的同时,同时也引起了一系列的社会伦理道德问题。这些伦理道德问题严重影响了电子商务的健康发展。诚信缺失、隐私危机、恶意、病毒软件、知识产权等问题是目前存在于电子商务活动中的主要伦理问题。针对些伦理道德问题,结合我国的现实情况,分析电子商务伦理问题存在的原因,并从技术层面、法律层面、教育层面找出具体解决思路,促进我国电子商务健康发展。

Research on the Problems of China’s E-commerce Ethics

E-commerce brings convenience to human social life,but it causes a series of social ethics issues.These ethical issues have seriously affected the healthy development of e-commerce,in which the lack of honesty,privacy crisis,malicious and virus software,and intellectual property are the main ethical problems.In view of these ethical issues,combining with the situation of our country,this paper analyzes the causes and presents solutions from the technical level,legal level and educational level to promote the healthy development of China’s e-commerce.
