| 摘 要： | 从企业间商业信用利弊分析入手，探讨了商业信用运用中对授信方商业信用的评价，以及信用评价中较难获得的非财务信用信息资源的采集与辨析，认为目前信用管理工作主要面临信息不对称、以信为本企业文化的培育和维护以及搜集信息量等问题。
