移动电子商务时代我国中小企业发展策略研究

摘    要:移动电子商务的快速发展为正面对融资困难、用工成本上涨、出口受阻等问题的我国中小企业带来了新的发展契机。移动电子商务使中小企业更容易获得公平的发展机会,降低了中小企业的经营成本,有利于中小企业拓展未来的发展空间。移动电子商务时代下,中小企业应积极涉足移动办公、移动银行、销售以及物流等移动电子商务应用领域,并运用差别化经营、树立品牌、高效零距离管理等发展策略,增强中小企业的综合竞争力。

Abstract:The rapid development of mobile e-commerce brings new opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises that are facing financing difficulties, rised labor costs and export problems. Mobile e-commerce make it easier for small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain a fair development opportunities, which reduces operating costs and is benifieial to expand space for development in the future for small and medium-sized enterprises. In the era of mobile e-commerce, small and medium-sized enterprises in our country should be actively involved in mobile e-commerce application fields such as mobile office, mobile bankins, sales and lagisties, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises by using the development strategies of differential operation, building brand and efficient management of zero distance.
