某随动系统负载模拟试验台的结构优化设计

摘    要:针对随动系统在实际工作时受到的干扰负载特性,设计了某随动系统负载模拟试验台。通过有限元分析软件Workbench进行了关键部件的动力学仿真分析,针对分析得到了各阶频率和模态特性,优化了关键部件的结构设计,改善了试验台整体的动力学特性,成功避开了试验台的工作频率,使试验台的整体结构更为合理。

Abstract:Aiming at the actual load characteristics of being interfered in the servo system,this paper designs a servo system load simulation test bench.By the finite element analysis software Workbench,it makes a dynamics simulation analysis on the key components,getting all orders’ frequency and modal characteristics,which optimizes the structure design of the key parts,improves the whole dynamic characteristics of the test bench and successfully avoids the operating frequency of the test bed,making the overall structure of the test bench more reasonable.
