山西省体育教育专业本科生实习现状及发展对策

体育教育专业的教育实习是高校体育教学计划的重要组成部分,能够检验教学质量,是将理论运用于实践的途径,对培养学生的职业素质具有重要的作用。本文通过文献研究法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对山西省部分普通高校体育教育专业实习生进行教育实习现状的调查,发现在教育实习过程中存在实习形式单一、实习时间安排不妥、实习培训时间过短等问题,提出适当吸取国外的实习模式、合理安排实习时间、延长实习时间、加长实习培训时间等建议,希望能为山西省体育教育专业的发展提供一些参考。

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Education Practice of Undergraduate Students in P.E.Specialty in Shanxi Province

Education practice of physical education profession is an important part of college physical education program,which can test the quality of teaching,is the way of putting theory into practice and plays an important role in training students’ professional quality.This paper investigates the present situation of education practice of undergraduate students in P.E.specialty in general colleges of Shanxi Province by the methods of literature study,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,finding that there are problems such as the single practice form,inadequate time for practice and too short training time.It presents some suggestions that we should draw foreign lessons,reasonably arrange time,extend the practice time and lengthen training time,hoping to provide some references for the professional development of physical education in Shanxi Province.
