| 摘 要： | CpG序列又名免疫刺激DNA序列(ISS)，可激活多种免疫效应细胞，且无免疫原性，不会引起自身免疫疾病，具有很高的实用价值，在疾病的防治研究中有着广阔的应用前景．本文就CpG序列免疫激活作用的发现、免疫激活机理，以及该序列在疫苗和疾病治疗中的应用作一综述．

| Abstract: | CPG motifs, also named Immuno stimulatory sequence, can stimulate a large variety of effective cells, have no immunogens, result in no immune diseases, possess significant practical values and great prospective in treatment and prevention of disease. This paper gives a summary of its discovery, mechanism and its application in vaccination and treatment of disease. |
