摘    要:快速点磨削是一种新型高速/超高速磨削加工技术,由于砂轮极高的线速度会在砂轮周围产生高速旋转的空气带,对磨削液注入磨削区产生阻碍作用,降低磨削液进入磨削区的比率,因而会对磨削过程和加工的绿色度产生影响.在对磨削液喷射过程的射流结构与特性分析的基础上,对圆形紊动射流速度分布场进行了解析与仿真.根据等压力原理,建立了磨削液能够冲破高速空气带而进入磨削区所必需的喷嘴出口速度模型.通过射流核心区速度的分析,建立了磨削液喷嘴极限位置的工程计算公式,并给出了快速点磨削实验机床磨削液供给参数的设计实例.

Abstract:Quick-point grinding is a new type of high and super-high speed grinding process with excellent machining performance provided.In such a grinding process there is a high-speed airflow rotating around the edge of grinding wheel to hinder the grinding fluid from injecting into the ground area so as to decrease its entering rate into the area and affect the cooling effect and greenness during grinding.Analyzing the structure and properties of grinding fluid jet,the velocity distribution field of round turbulent jet is discussed theoretically and simulated.Based on the equipressure principle,a mathematical model is developed for the jet velocity at grinding fluid nozzle,which enables the coolant to pass through the high-speed airflow and enter into the ground area.According to the analysis of the grinding fluid velocity in the jet core,an engineering formula is given to calculate the position limit of nozzle during quick-point grinding, as well as a practical design example for the experimental grinder.
