| 摘 要： | 选择5个品种(DH、IJ、AB、AG、HF)分别与川南山地黄牛杂交。各取其F_1代育肥牛3头屠宰,测定不同杂交组合肉牛的部分肉质指标的含量,测定结果表明:(1)各组合间大肠菌群和镉的含量为零,水分、灰分、铅、砷、铬指标的含量差异不显著(P>0.05),HF组合的汞含量差异显著(P<0.05);(2)所测指标的含量均达到无公害牛肉标准.

| Abstract: | Five cattle varieties(DH,IJ,AB,AG,HF)were crossed yellow cattle in southern Sichuan mountainous region respectively,three of each F_1 generation feeder cattle were slaughtered to determinate the partial indexes content of the meat quality of beef cattle among different hybrid combinations.It was indicated that:(1) the Coli group and Cd content were both zero among different hybrid combinations,the differences of the indexes,such as Moisture,Ash,Pb,As and Cr content were not remarkable (P>0.05) ,while the Hg content in HFXyellow cattle was remarkable(P<0.05);(2)the content of the indexes determinated all met the standard to the free-pollution beef. |
