| 摘 要： | 文章阐释了社区体育兴起的原因，提出城市社区体育在构建和谐城市中有整合功能、缓解老龄社会问题等重要作用，而和谐城市理念又有利于增大政府对社区体育的投入、促进社区体育组织管理网络化、迎来社区体育评估科学化、社区体育活动方式多样化等积极效应，论证了社区体育与和谐城市建设的双向互动关系。

| Abstract: | The article explains the reason which community sports emerges. Urban community sports has the function of conformity function, the alleviation society astogeny etc. in the construction of harmonious city. And the harmonious city＇s idea is advantageous of the government to increases community sports investment, which will promote community sports organization network, make community sports appraisal scientifical, lead community sports fitness way diversification.
