阿奇霉素在鸡组织中的消除规律及临床毒性研究

摘    要:探讨了阿奇霉素对仔鸡的临床毒性及其在鸡组织中的消除规律.阿奇霉素以0、50、100和200 mg/L的水溶液供麻花肉鸡连续自由饮用14 d后,测定血清生化指标、脏器系数,并进行组织病理学观察;同时,阿奇霉素按10 mg/kg的剂量连续对肉鸡灌服7 d后测定体内各组织中的残留量.结果显示,高剂量组肉鸡的肝脏系数和谷丙转氨酶活性存在显著差异(P<0.05),阿奇霉素在肉鸡肝脏中的残留时间最长,其他依次是肾脏、脾脏、肌肉和血清.表明肉鸡的肝脏为阿奇霉素的中毒靶器官;根据其在鸡组织中的消除规律,阿奇霉素的肉鸡休药期可定为15 d.

Abstract:It was investigated the clinical toxicity of azithromycin in broilers and rule of the residue elimination.The activity of serum enzymes,viscera coefficients and pathologic changes were detected after the test were conducted for 14 days,with dose of 0,50,100,or 200 mg/L to Muhua broilers by free drinking.The residue concentrations of azithromycin were mensurated by feeding Mahua broilers with 10 mg/kg body weight for 7 days.The liver coefficient and the activity of alanine transaminase in 200 mg/L group increased significantly compared with the other groups(P<0.05).The residue levels of azithromycin from high to low were liver,kidney,spleen,muscle and serum.The toxic target organ of azithromycin was liver;and the concentrations of azithromycin in various tissues were below minimal risk levels(MRLs) after drug withdrawal of 15 days.
