| Abstract: | Communication,especially in the administration of institutions of higher education,which apparently seems simple,actually involves activities of difficulties and complexities.Drawing on some achievements made and ideas proposed in regard to communication in administration,this paper puts forward some points of view on how to facilitate effective communication in the administration of institutions of higher education after analyzing some main obstacles and their causes. |
