| 摘 要： | 讨论了零级碳化物的特征及物理意义及其对机械零件机械性能及使用性能的影响，从理论上解释了零级碳化物对上述各种性能影响的机理，分析了零级碳化物的优越性及其在工业生产中的具体应用的可行性，用实际生产结果总结了获得零级碳化物的热处理工艺方法。
