摘    要:文本以DZL4-13-AⅡ型半封闭式风室链条炉为对象,针对风室横向配风均匀性和风室间密封等问题进行理论分析和试验研究,总结了完善这种类型锅炉风室配风系统综合治理结果。所提供的均风装置可为工业锅炉制造厂和用户在节能改造中参考使用。

Abstract:An experimental investigation on the distribution uniformity of lateral air feed and the sealing between semi-enclosed air chambers for type DZL4-13-AII chain-grate boiler was carried out. It has been found that in order to improve the air distribution in the air chamber, the following measures should be taken: (1) the sealing arrangement with single sectionized tubes should be fitted; (2) the horizontal dampers are to be used; (3) three vertically arranged separate air inlets are to be used and (4) the straight type deflectors or dampers for helping uniform air distribution are to be installed in the chamber. Compared with the original design, the non-uniformity coefficient of air distribution is reduced approximately from 160% to 19.2% and the characteristic curves of air distribution are found to be quite smooth Operation monitoring for the boiler with the above-mentioned measures in the last two years shows that many abnormal phenomena have disappeared and the combustion is stable with everything satisfactory. The carbon content in the ash is reduced by about 2.3% and the boiler efficiency is improved.
