| 摘 要： | 文章运用战略决策的相关方法并结合逆向物流业自身的特点,建立了第三方物流公司开展逆向物流服务的战略决策模型,并结合这一模型重点分析了第三方物流公司的战略决策过程,对我国逆向物流决策的相关问题也进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | A model that helps third-party logistics companies to make strategic policy in reverse logistics business is founded based on the methods of strategic policy decision and the characteristics of reverse logistics. The process of decision is described in detail. Finally some matters in the reverse logistic service in China are also discussed. |
