| 摘 要： | 拉深工艺设计中的拉深系数ｍ、凹模圆角半径Ｒｄ、凸模圆角半径Ｒｐ重要的工艺参数，本文从拉深基本理论出发，建立数学模型，对主要工艺参数进行优化计算，根据拉深件材料及生产条件求得主要工艺参数的精确解及其相互的关系，对工艺设计计算有指导意义。

| Abstract: | In the technological design of drawing, the drawing coefficient m,the convex die radius Rp, and the concave die radius Rd are important design parameters. The paper, based on the basic theory of drawing, sets up the mathematical models, optimizes the main design parameters and computes the exact results and relations of them. Furthermore, the thesis is instructive to the calculation of technological design. |
