| 摘 要： | 研究了硫醚、硫醇在不同极性固定相上色谱保留指数与结构之间的关系,得到了影响硫醚、硫醇化合物Kováts保留指数的四个结构参数:分子极化效应指数MPEI、有效拓扑立体效应指数ETSEI、碳原子个数N及Wiener的路径数P3.并用这4个参数建立定量模型,预测硫醚、硫醇在不同极性固定相上Kováts保留指数,其相关系数均在0.98以上,预测值与实验值较为吻合.表8,参19. |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the quantitative structure-retention relationships for sulfides and mercaptans on stationary phases of different polarities were studied. Four molecular structure parameters of sulfides and mercaptans were obtained, which were the molecular polarizability effect index(MPEI), the effective topological steric effect index(ETSEI), the number of carbon(N) and Wiener three-walk path(P_3). The correlation equations between the Kov a ts retention index of sulfides and mercaptans on stationary phases of different polarities and four structure parameters was built. The correlation coefficients(R) of all models are greater than 0.98. The calculated Kov a ts retention index values of sulfides and mercaptans are in good agreement with the experimental data. 8tabs., 19refs. |
