| 摘 要： | 高原环境是一种低气压、低氧、高寒和高紫外线辐射的特殊的自然环境,对人的生理活动会产生一系列特殊的应激刺激作用,也会对人的运动能力产生不同程度的影响.本文对在这一环境中如何更好的组织和实施大学生排球训练进行了较为详尽的论述,旨在发现高原大学生排球训练的特点,使大学生排球训练最优化,提高大学生排球技战术水平质量.

| Abstract: | The plateau environment,which has a special natural environment and climatic conditions of barometric depression,hypoxemia,alpine and strong ultraviolet radiation.This environment usually exerts many affects on athletic abilities of human being in different degrees as well as generates a series of special stress stimulations.In this research,a detailed discussion was carried out on having a better organization and implementation of volleyball training in college students.We are aimed at discovering the characteristics of volleyball training in plateau college students in order to make volleyball training optimized and promote the qualities which are professional skills of volleyball in plateau college students. |
