| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定青海宽叶荨麻中槲皮素的含量.方法：采用Hypersil C18色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-水-磷酸（45∶55∶0.05）,检测波长：360nm,流速：1.0mL.min-1,柱温：30℃.结果：槲皮素在5.46～54.6μg.mL-1的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0.9993）,回收率为99.3%（RSD=2.0%,n=6）.结论：本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可为青海宽叶荨麻质量评价提供有效手段.

| Abstract: | Objective: To set up a feasible method of quantitative study about the contents of quercin in Urtica laetevirens by RP-HPLC.Methods: Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column was used to determine the content of quercin under the condition of mobile phase of methanol:water(0.05% phosphoric acid)=45∶55,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength of 360nm at 30℃.Results: The linear relationship for determination of quercin was good in the range of 5.46~54.6μg·mL-1(r=0.9993).The average recoveries was 99.24%(RSD=2.0%,n=6).Conclusion: This method has good reproducibility and stability.It is a simple,sensitive and accurate method for the analysis of quercin in Urtica laetevirens. |
