分级递增负荷强度训练与血红蛋白含量变化的研究

摘    要:通过对15名青少年中长跑运动员训练前后血红蛋白含量的检测与分析,发现训练中采用定量负荷,不断递增跑速以分级递增负荷强度的训练方法与运动员血红蛋白含量的变化有着密切的关系,同时也反映出血红蛋白是检验青少年运动员有氧耐力的一项重要生理指标.

Abstract:Through to 15 teen middle-long-distance athletes training around the hemoglobin cold detection and analysis,found training in the use of quantitative load is constantly increasing quickly,in a hierarchical run load strength increasing the training method and athletes hemoglobin content of changes have close Relations,also reflects hemoglobin is inspection young athletes period before and after six weeks of training,of athletes training intensity and the hemoglobin 10 times the monitoring and aerobic stamina is an important index.
