| 摘 要： | 人事档案是开发和利用人才资源的重要信息工具。人事档案的管理必须与时俱进，适应社会发展需要和信息化时代的要求。针对高等学校人事档案管理中存在的问题，须在业务归口、基本人事信息的确定、文本的组合形式、信息化、动态管理等方面进行改革。

| Abstract: | The personnel files are an important information tool in employment an d development of work force. The personnel file management must keep pace with t he development of society and meet the demands of information age. The essay ana lyzes some problems existing currently in the management of personnel files in s ome universities and puts forward some reforming suggestions, aiming at bettering the management and usage of personnel files. |
