无动力旋臂控制技术

摘    要:针对门禁系统多数故障发生在电机及其控制电路的问题。提出了不用电机的无动力旋臂解决方案。分析了无动力旋臂因动作不规范引起的各种问题。研究了其解决措施。该技术已成功应用在泰山索道门禁系统,性能稳定、可靠。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that most malfunctions of the gate guard system existed in the electric motor and its steering circuit, we advanced method of motivity-less turning arm without the electric motor. We analyzed all sorts of problems caused by the abnormal motions of the motivity - less turning arm, and investigated its related control methods. The technique has been successfully applied to the gate guard system of cableway at the Mount Taishan with a stable and reliable performance.
