掺高聚物的粉煤灰加气混凝土的研制

摘    要:在粉煤灰加气混凝土配方中掺加聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液或丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液,制得掺高聚物加气混凝土.性能测试结果表明,该混凝土具有强度高、吸水率低和干缩率低的优点.通过研究高聚物种类、掺量对加气混凝土性能的影响,提出以丙烯酸乳液与水泥之比等于 0.1(重量比 )作为该产品的最佳工艺配方.

Abstract:The aerzated concrete of fly ash formed by adding PVAC or arylic polymer in fly ash aerzated formula was introduced.The results of performance tests show that this concrete has good properties of high strength, low dry-shrinkage and low water absorption.By stuclying the influences of type and adding amount of polymers on the product properties, this article presents the best formula, of which the proportion of arylic polymers to cement is 0.1.
