WC对质子交换膜燃料电池催化剂性能的影响研究

摘    要:研究了WC对Pt类质子交换膜燃料电池催化剂性能的影响,采用还原煅烧方法制备得到WC混合物,将其加入常规Pt/C催化剂中,利用循环伏安作为表征方法,将加入前后的催化性能进行比较.结果显示,随着WC混合物的加入,催化剂在酸性介质中的性能得到有效改善;在甲醇溶液中的氢氧催化反应的受抑制情况得到缓解,且交换电流密度增大.

Abstract:In this works, an experimental study of the effect of adding WC to typically Pt/C catalyst for PEMFCs was carried out. The WC synthesized by reduced calcine method was mixed with the carbon support and supported with the Pt particles. The catalyst was characterized by TEM and cyclic voltammetry techniques. The results show that the performance of the mixed catalyst especially the anti-methanol effect is better than the pure Pt/C catalyst.
