| 摘 要： | 以嘉禾县为例,探讨了县域范围内城乡一体化发展问题,以经济状况、生态环境和城乡差距作为准则层选取了22个评价指标,主要利用层次分析法和模糊数学法进行城乡一体化阶段的评价,并得出目前嘉禾县的城乡一体化水平处于城乡中度一体化阶段,最后从经济、制度和生态环境层面确立了未来城乡发展的方向和策略.
