连续采煤机截割部的运动及力学分析

摘    要:连续采煤机截割部的运动和力学特征对整个机器的截割性能、效率有重要的影响.以顶部悬挂式连续采煤机截割部为例,建立了截割部液压缸活塞运动速度与悬臂摆动角速度以及活塞推力与悬臂摆动力间的函数关系.经计算机模拟,得到了悬臂摆动角速度与悬臂摆角的关系曲线以及摆动力与悬臂摆角的关系曲线.力学分析得到悬臂的速度、力的大小及变化规律,为设计和改善采煤机的工作性能提供了理论依据.

Abstract:A cutting unit is a working device of a continuous miner which contacts directly with coal and rock and completes cutting task. Its kinematics and mechanics characteristics have influences on the cutting performance and efficiency of whole machine, are a foundation to design a continuous miner. The function about velocity of piston of cutting unit and the function about pushing force and swaying force of boom are established top hanging through analyzing kinematics and continuous miner in the paper. Relation curve between of boom and relation curve between swaying force and waving mechanics of cutting unit of the angular angular velocity and waving angular are obtained by computer simulation. The simulation results are also analyzed. The given conclusions lay the theoretical foundation for deeply studying characters of a continuous miner.
